**Objects:** TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH COMMUNITY GROUPS.

**Activities:** DRAX PLAYGROUP HAS BRANCHED OUT AND HAS NOW OPENED A PRESCHOOL IN THORNE TRADING AS THORNE FLOWERPOTS WITH THE MOTTO WATCH US GROW. WE STILL RUN UNDER DRAX PLAYGROUP UNDER THE SAME VOLUNTARY MANAGEMENT  COMMITTEE. WE AIM TO PROVIDE GOOD QUALITY EARLY YEARS EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN AGED 2-5 YRS.
