**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A YOUTH CENTRE AND FACILITIES FOR HELPING AND EDUCATING BOYS AND GIRLS RESIDENT IN PERSHORE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF, THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND AS MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.

**Activities:** The provision and maintenance of a youth centre, facilities and activities to help young people resident in Pershore and surrounding villages, including the wider community and its neighbourhoods, especially but not exclusively through leisure time activities, so to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capabilities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.
