The organisation was registered as a charity on 29 November 1994. ## **Objectives:** The objectives of the organisation are those of the advancement of the Christian Religion. ## **Review of the Activities:** The future of Jesus' Miracles Ministries depends on the continued support of its members and the Trustees would seek to ensure that this support would be available in the foreseeable future. Trustees: The following served as Trustees during the year: Mrs. Michelle Macadangdang Mr. Erwin F. Bustos Mrs. Angelita Gatus ## **Statement of Trustees' Responsibilities** The Trustees are required to prepare financial statement for each financial year, which gave a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of the financial year and the surplus or deficit of the company for that period. The Trustees confirm that appropriate accounting policies have been used and applied consistently, and reasonably and prudent judgments have been made, in the preparation of the financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2022. The Trustees also confirm that the company will continue to provide services for the foreseeable future. The Trustees are responsible for maintaining adequate accounting records, for safeguarding the assets of the company, and for taking reasonable steps to prevent and detect fraud and other irregularities. ## **BY ORDER OF THE BOARD** **MRS. Accounting Policies** The following accounting policies have been used consistently in dealing with items which are considered material in relation to the financial statements. ## **Basis of Accounting** The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention in accordance with applicable accounting standards, except that the company has taken advantage of the exemption in Financial Reporting Standard No. 1 from producing cashflow statement on the grounds that it is a small company. ## **Income** Turnover represents all the amounts due for the year whether or not actually received in the year. ## **Depreciation** Depreciation is provided at the rates calculated to write off the cost or valuation, less estimated residual value of each asset over the expected useful life as follows: Office/Musical Equipt. - 25% Furniture, Fixtures & Fitt. 25% ## **2.
