**Objects:** TO PROVIDE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE A PUBLIC RECREATION GROUND PLAYING FIELDS AND ALLOTMENT GARDENS FOR THE USE OF EMPLOYEES AND FORMER EMPLOYEES OF SMITHS DOCK COMPANY LIMITED THEIR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS AND THE INHABITANTS OF THE COUNTY OF CLEVELAND AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD

**Activities:** To provide, in the interests of social welfare, a public recreation ground for the use of former employees of Smith's Dock -their families, friends and residents of the surrounding area. To ensure the war memorials for the employees of Smith's Dock who lost their lives whilst serving in the great wars and aboard La Bastiaise is maintained and to ensure an annual Remembrance Service takes place.
