| a payment for hiring the venue to assist with a modest model of | |||
| continued maintenance and upkeep ofthe property. The income | |||
| generated from this type ofservice is critical to the running ofThe Former | |||
| Railway Club. | |||
| Uptake for hall hires has been steady butsubdued in 2025. Maybe due ta | |||
| factors such as an increased number ofvenues in the locality offering a | |||
| similar service, cost ofliving or a general shift to having certain types of | |||
| events hosted at professional venues. | |||
| The Former Railway Club continues to offergreat convenience and | |||

| heating, prayer area, a new music system, kitchen area and a breakout |
