|The charity has returned<br>to a somewhat<br>normal set ofroutines<br>albeit||

|activities<br>including<br>hiring out ofservices to the local community.||
|The charity offers to its members<br>a spiritual<br>dimension<br>to life, which|is the|
|realisation<br>oftheir inner states through<br>meditation.<br>Enlightenment<br>of|the|
|self is achieved<br>through<br>the use of methods<br>and teachings<br>ofthe main||
|spiritual<br>leader,<br>Hakim<br>Chotumiya,<br>in whose name this charity<br>is set-up.||
|We have maintained<br>our online activity which is introduced<br>during the||
|earlier lockdown<br>of2020. This has benefitted<br>the vulnerable<br>who wish not||
|to stake their health<br>fearful that COVID may catch them out.||
|The charity prides itself in facilitation<br>ofsuch an online platform<br>where the||
|attendees<br>benefit<br>in the ways mentioned<br>above as an adaptation<br>of||
|inability to socially interact<br>in a physical space.||
|The charity owns the Former Railway<br>Club on Bolton Rd which<br>is||
|purchased<br>property to conduct most events and has slowly resumed||
|normal<br>activity since the lifting of the lockdown.||
|The other existing<br>property<br>(71 Preston<br>New Road) allows partial||
|activities to be fulfilled<br>but not all.||
|The charity continued<br>to receive income, mostly<br>in the form of donations||
|(fixed monthly<br>standing<br>orders and one off donations<br>from members)|to|
|allow a f20,000.00 lump sum of the existing mortgage<br>on the charity|to|
|be repayed.<br>This repayment<br>is surplus to the monthly<br>fixed mortgage||
|direct debit.||
|Finally, the members<br>ofthe community<br>will also benefit from using The||
|Former Railway<br>Club on a personal<br>basis for private<br>family functions|if|
|the venue<br>is available<br>and suitable. These private events include||
|birthdays,<br>engagements<br>and so on. The benefit to the charity<br>is that|the|
|users are happy to make a payment<br>for hiring the venue to assist with the||
|model of continued<br>debt reduction<br>over the coming few years. The||
|income generated<br>from this type ofservice is critical to the mortgage||
|payments<br>and maintenance<br>ofThe Former Railway<br>Club.||
|The charity has built to near completion<br>a consented<br>purpose<br>built toilets||
|facility.||
|Uptake for hall hires has seen a growth<br>in demand<br>as many events|were|
|on hold which people are catching<br>up with since the lifting ofthe||
|lockdown.||
