# **Swallownest Pre School (Playgroup) Annual Report**

At the start of the year with rising costs and the raising of the minimum wage the school was still experiencing financial difficulties. 

The Pre School remained open for keyworker children during the ongoing pandemic and online learning remained in place for the children who were unable to attend with the support of the staff. 

Staff members continued their Health & Safety for Covid 19 restrictions and the Continuous Personal Development Course. The Continuous Personal Development Course enables staff to improve the education and support to assist the children in their development. 

The Pre School continues to offer placements to students and undergraduates. 

With the help of the government grants and the furlough scheme our finances improved. 

With the support from our parent/carers and community we hope our financial situation will be sustained
