(2)TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT RESEARCH IN ANY OF THE ABOVE FIELDS OF EDUCATION AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH. (3)TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE, WITH A FOCUS ON PREVENTING SOCIAL EXCLUSION, PROMOTING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, PROMOTING THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF PUBLIC SERVICES, AND RELIEVING POVERTY.
