**Objects:** A.TO RELIEVE PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF SHELTERED ACCOMMODATION WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO INTERGRATE BETTER WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. B.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE  WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF     TRAINING IN SOCIAL SKILLS WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO LEAD A FULLER LIFE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.

**Activities:** Until November 2009 SILPH provided support for independent living to nine people with learning disabilities and supplied a warden for a housing scheme for six others. All staff and clients were transferred to Creative Support Ltd on 1st Nov. 2009. The Charity applied to be removed from the Companies House list in December 2014 and now no longer exists.
