Crossover works to improve the social and economic well-being of local people by providing care, support, leisure, recreational, training and counselling facilities with the intention of improving the conditions of life for local people. Crossover works to relieve poverty by advising and assisting people with a view to their being able to fully participate in community life.

Objects: (A) For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Birmingham And In Particular But Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing Of The Area Of Bordesley Green To Carry Out Such Charitable Purposes As The Trustees Shall From Time To Time Determine And In Particular To Provide Advice And Counselling Services (B) The Relief Of Poverty In The Area Of Benefit By The Provision Of: (1) Advice Education And Training For Unemployed People With A View To Them Securing Employment (2) Free Legal Services To Those Who Could Not Otherwise Obtain Such Services Through Lack Of Means (3) Housing And Other Associated Amenities For Those In Need Upon Terms Appropriate To Their Means
