Emma & Lois have completed EYPDP – awaiting final payment & Certificates

First Aid booked for all staff for April

Christmas Party Currently 50 children attending – still need to chase a few and get payment Possibly 10 – 12 more?

Things to talk about

Funding – April Working Families 2 years old – no more details at present no indication of funding rates

Minimum wage increases to £ 11.44

iPad – need to replace 2 old ones – broken 1 more old one still in use which will need replacing soon.

Consumable charges – ask for donations of snack item/ wipes etc rather than a standard charge??
