We will need to employ additional staff this year 

First Aid booked for all staff for April 2024 

Christmas Party Currently 50 children attending – still need to chase a few and get payment Possibly 10 – 12 more? 

Things to talk about 

Funding rates not covering running costs Minimum wage increase iPad – need to replace 2 old ones – broken      1 more old one still in use which will need replacing soon. 

Consumable charges – ask for donations of snack item/ wipes etc rather than a standard charge??

Water heater smells like burning
