Objects: 1. To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The London Borough Of Newham And Adjoining Areas Without Distinction Of Sex Sexual Orientation Race Political Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Residents Of The Area Of Benefit The Local And Other Public Authorities Voluntary Or Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisuretime Occupation With The Objects Of Improving The Condition Of Life For The Said Residents. 2.to Establish A Community Centre And To Maintain And Manage The Same ( Whether Alone Or In Co Operation With Any Local Authority Or Other Body Or Person) For Activities Promoted By The Company And Its Constituent Bodies In Furtherance Of The Objects. 3.for Such Other Charitable Purpose Or Purposes As The Management Committee Shall Determine In Particular But Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing In The London Borough Of Newham.
