**Objects:** THE AIM OF THE CLUB IS TO HELP AND EDUCATE BOYS AND YOUNG MEN THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.

**Activities:** The charity is winding up. Bank balances have been passed to another boys' club in 2014.  The sole remaining asset is freehold land which custodian trustees are selling.  Part of the proceeds will pass to another boys' club and the remainder will be retained by the custodian trustees (also a charity).
