The hall is an important amenity for the local village (Porchfield) and the outskirts. Hiring the hall out raises funds to ensure the hall is maintained in a safe condition. Having local clubs and organisations use the hall gives the village a strong focal point.
Objects: To Maintain Or Assist In The Maintenance Of A Village Hall As An Asset To Be Held Upon Charitable Trusts For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Porchfield And Its Surrounds In The County Of The Isle Of Wight And For Other Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Said Inhabitants.
