SUCH MUSEUM IS TO BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.  B) TO EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN OLD RAILWAYS, RAILWAY HISTORY AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THE SEVERN AND WYE RAILWAY COMPANIES AND TO SHOW HOW THE RAILWAYS RELATED TO THE FOREST OF DEAN AREA. C) IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS THE TRUST SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO RESTORE AND REPAIR ITEMS IN THE MUSEUM COLLECTION WHEREVER POSSIBLE
