Activities
We provide door to door transport for primarily frail elderly or disabled people, who find the use of conventional public transport difficult, in specially adapted vehicles, all wheelchair accessible. We can also carry people who are 'socially excluded' by virtue of their location. This enables them to reach a higher level of independence, by doing their own shopping, visiting and meeting friends.
Objects: To Relieve Persons With A Mobility Handicap In Particular But Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing By The Provision Of A Community Transport Facility On A Voluntary Basis For People With A Mobility Handicap Living In The Area Of Benefit In Accordance With The Public Transport Policy For Frail Elderly And Disabled Persons (Devon County Council)
