The work of the Trust is carried out by both full and part time teBms amounting to around 130 people in the UK and well over 350 worfd.wide. Th8 Trust does not pay 'comm9r(aal salaries, but op8rateS 8 system of discrotionary alk)wance5. Some ol the full-time team who have alternatsve means of income choose not to tak8 these allowances. Thg work is fvrther supported by over 400 volunteer rninislry team members who minister to p80tye on healing ratrg01$, mlnlslry appointsnenls and during ministry times on training courses and longer-temi PTograms. Key devekipmenls are from Pelar Horrobin's waèkly livestreams which have reached a huge numbèr of people- many of whom we ￿pe will visit one of our centres once we are able to reopen. ThLin we also made available free online our Truth and Freedom teaching series and anothor of our Truslges, David Cross, mado a sorios of lèaching vSdeos whlch we have ieleased with other vBJeos throughout the year. Thi5 arTtounted to people watching one of our YouTube videos for 37.000 hours. We subsequendy Increased our YouTube subscriber base by 3,500.
