**Objects:** TO APPLY THE CAPITAL AND INCOME FOR THE PROVISION OF BOOKS IN CONNECTION WITH A UNIVERSITY OR DEGREE COURSE TO A PUPIL IN THE UPPER SIXTH FORM AT THE SCHOOL

**Activities:** The Charity awards a Book Prize of a cash amount to pupils of the upper sixth form of Sandown High School Isle of Wight in connection with a University Degree or College Course in Optometry undertaken by them.  Conditions apply to such Prizes.  In every fifth year the Trustees may award such a prize in connection with the study of a subject of medical sciences upon which they agree.
