Objects: To Promote Charitable Purposes Generally And In Particular To Promote And Advance Education Pertaining To Ornithology, Natural History And The Environment By Encouraging And Supporting The Educational Programme Of The Hawk And Owl Trust At The Chiltern Open Air Museum ("The Museum") And To Disseminate The Results Of Studies Research Experiments And Programmes So Conducted By The Hawk And Owl Trust At The Museum And Elsewhere And To Do All Other Such Acts And Things As The Trustees In Their Absolute Discretion Consider Will Further Their Charitable Purposes Provided Always That If In The Opinion Of The Trustees The Attainment Of The Educational Programme Of The Hawk And Owl Trust Shall Be Impracticable For Whatever Reason To Pay Or Apply The Income And Capital Of Thr Trust Fund To Such Charity Or Charities Or For Such Charitable Purposes As The Trustees Shall From Time To Time In Their Absolute Discretion Determine.
