Financial Review
Review of the Charity s
financial position al the end
of the period
Para 1.21
Kendrick School Fund balance at year end is as
expected. Given the large capital donation it
made towards the construction and
furnishment of a new teaching block, the
balance in funds at year end still remains at a
minimum level. This was thanks largely to the
large Gift Aid receipt. The Trustees will
continue to balance the needs of the students
at Kendrick School and increasing the School
Fund balance at year end.
The charity does not maintain a specified level
of reseNes. The trustees recognise that typical
annual commitments amount to £30k per
annum and therefore will ensure that funding
and cash reserves are available to meet these
on-going commitments. The Kendrick School
Fund is not permitted to go overdrawn at the
bank.
Kelldrick School Fund aims to hold £20k to
£30k in reseNe to fulfil its aims of supporting
Kendrick School. Expenditure will be adjusted
accordir)g to the amounts donated and held in
resetves.

Financial Review
Review of the Charity s
financial position al the end
of the period
Para 1.21
Kendrick School Fund balance at year end is as
expected. Given the large capital donation it
made towards the construction and
furnishment of a new teaching block, the
balance in funds at year end still remains at a
minimum level. This was thanks largely to the
large Gift Aid receipt. The Trustees will
continue to balance the needs of the students
at Kendrick School and increasing the School
Fund balance at year end.
The charity does not maintain a specified level
of reseNes. The trustees recognise that typical
annual commitments amount to £30k per
annum and therefore will ensure that funding
and cash reserves are available to meet these
on-going commitments. The Kendrick School
Fund is not permitted to go overdrawn at the
bank.
Kelldrick School Fund aims to hold £20k to
£30k in reseNe to fulfil its aims of supporting
Kendrick School. Expenditure will be adjusted
accordir)g to the amounts donated and held in
resetves.
