**Objects:** The company is established primarily for the relief of those persons within the Area of Benefit with learning disabilities, but also for those with physical disabilities and mental health-related needs, including by providing, procuring or facilitating care, services and support.'Area of Benefit' shall mean Andover and Southern England.

**Activities:** Provision of advice, practical support and care, plus leisure and supported work activities for people of all ages with a learning disability, physical disability or mental health support need who live within Andover and Southern England. Also campaign for the rights of our beneficiaries and provide individual advocacy support.
