**Objects:** TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR PERSONS DISABLED BY DEAFNESS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF NOTTINGHAM AND OTHER COUNTIES IN THE EAST MIDLANDS THROUGH ADVANCING EDUCATION AND RELIGION, AN DIN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATIONS
