The charities trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charitie5 trustees consider that an audit is not required for this in line with the Charitie5 Att of 2011 and that the accounts should be examined by an independent examiner who is an independent person who is reasonably believed by the trustees to have the requi51te ability and practical experlence to carry out a competent examination of the accounts. My examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the charity commission. An exarnination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from the trustees concernin8 any such matters.
