Structure and Governance.
The Trust Fund is governed by a Declaration of Trust dated 29, July 1991 and an amendment
to the Governing Document dated 22 October 2013. The administration of the Trust Fund
follows the recommendations issued annually by Rotary International in Great Britain and
Ireland.
Trustees are appointed or reappointed annually at the Annual General Meeting held in May.
Objectives and activities,
The principal fund.rai5ing events during another successful year were o Sponsored
Swimarathon, a Charity Golf Day, and the annual Christmas Float street collection in the
Kingsbridge area.
A number of collections raised £1,500 for ShelterBox.
Net proceeds from these, together with various donations from Rotary Club members and the
General Public amounted to £27,000 and this enabled the Trust Fund to make very 5at15factory
grants to the various charities selected inc5uding ShelterBox, The Wave, St Luke's Hospice and
Devon in SiEht, plus many other local and international schools and organisations
A summary of the charity donations is included with the Income and Expenditure accounts.
