Activities

Survivors poetry promotes poetry by and for survivors of mental distress. It is a survivor led arts organisation, national though based in London. It provides poetry workshops, reading and performances, music, visual arts (mainly on website), and mentoring. Its publishing arm is highly visible. Our vision is to see a world which celebrates the creative expression of survivors through poetry.

Objects: A.to Advance Education For The Public Benefit Through The Encouragement Of The Writing And Performance Of Poetry And Other Arts In Particular By Such Members Of The General Public As Are Survivors Of The Mental Health System.b.to Relieve Persons Suffering From Mental Sickness By The Encouragement Of The Writing And Performance Of Poetry.
