**Objects:** (A) TO HELP ANYONE LIVING IN THE WEST WALES AREA AND ELSEWHERE WHOSE COLON HAS BEEN, OR IS ABOUT TO BE, REMOVED BY SURGICAL PROCEDURE OR WHO HAS AN ILEOSTOMY (B) TO PROMOTE AND CO-ORDINATE RESEARCH INTO BOWEL DISEASE AND OTHER CONDITIONS LEADING TO THE REMOVAL OF THE COLON, SURGICAL PROCEDURES PERTAINING THERTO, AND RELATED MATTERS AND FURTHER TO PROMOTE THE DISSEMINATION OF KOWLEDGE GAINED BY SUCH RESEARCH (C) TO KEEP ILEOSTOMISTS AND OTHERS INFORMED OF ALL MATTERS OF    INTEREST TO THE ASSOCIATION BY THE PERIODIC DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION BY ARRANGING CONFERENCES, SEMINARS AND COURSES

**Activities:** We support people who suffer from Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease prior to surgery.  We also then supports people of all ages who have had surgery to remove their colon or part of their colon for various medical reasons and illeostomies or internal pouches formed.
