As part of the induction process, all<br>Trustees are required to undergo a compulsory Disclosure<br>and Barring Service (DBS) check to safeguard the integrity of<br>the charity and its beneficiaries. New Trustees receive a<br>structured induction programme covering the charity’s vision,<br>mission, and governing documents, together with their duties<br>and responsibilities. In addition, ongoing training<br>opportunities are provided to ensure Trustees remain up to<br>date with regulatory requirements, governance best<br>practices, and the charity’s operational activities. This<br>comprehensive approach enables the Board to carry out its<br>responsibilities effectively, with the highest standards of<br>accountability and safeguarding.||||

ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION<br>For the promotion of activities aimed at alleviating poverty, sickness, and<br>distress, we have been disbursing funds through the Bishops and Priests<br>for proper distribution to beneficiaries. These funds have provided essential<br>support to needy families, individuals undergoing medical treatment, and<br>those facing unforeseen hardships. Furthermore, the Ministry continues to<br>identify and respond to urgent situations requiring immediate assistance,<br>thereby ensuring that aid reaches the most vulnerable without delay, in line<br>with our establishedpractice.<br>During the reporting period, Kadosh Marian Ministries has undertaken a<br>range of spiritual, charitable, and community-focused activities in<br>furtherance of its charitable objectives, all of which have been directed<br>towards the public benefit.<br>These activities have encompassed:- Faith and Spiritual Enrichment,<br>Teaching and Formation, Pastoral Support and Outreach, Charitable and<br>Community Services and Youth and Family Engagement<br>In the course of delivering these activities, the Trustees confirm that they<br>have given due consideration to, and acted in accordance with, the<br>guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit. All<br>programmes and services have been made accessible to the wider public,<br>without distinction or restriction on the grounds of background or<br>circumstance, and have been designed to advance spiritual development,<br>enhance personal well-being, and foster cohesion within the community.||

|Summary of the main achievements of the<br>charity during the year|We carried out online classes (zoom) for Bible studies and<br>Christian theological subjects under the guidance of trained priests<br>with doctorate in theology and Bishops from different parts of the<br>world. Turn out of students to attend these classes is an<br>achievement of the current year. We have been digitally recording<br>all these sessions for students can refer these in future for<br>research purposes.<br>Other achievements:<br>•<br>Spiritual counselling undertaken through Zoom.<br>•<br>We also published quarterly magazines - "Kadosh Marian<br>Voice" with articles contributed by scholarly writers from<br>various parts of the world, based on Christian Theology<br>and Catholicity.<br>•<br>Guidance and counselling for the youth as well as the<br>aged for motivation and right orientation carried out<br>through Zoom.<br>•<br>We as part of the spiritual activities have organized<br>pilgrimage to holy places - Lourdes, France.<br>•<br>Every Friday and Saturday we are conducting online<br>prayer sessions which include recitation of Holy<br>Rosary, Praise and Worship and preaching Word of<br>God.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charty {llhe Trust") for the year ended 31° March 2025.
Responsibilities and As the charty trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 (llhe A¢t-).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
