Receipts and Pa￿ents accounL Th¢ n)ain income rec¢ived was income from our Christmas CoU￿rIonS
of £ 4,436, our 20J? Charity Calendar which rdised £ ? 936 in sal¢s and sponsorship, our TuAcey/Syria
IArthquakc ap￿al which rdiscd £ 2,670 and our Llfic Selfie Daj which rdiscd £ 2,535. Thc principal
beneficiarics during the year w¢re Shelt¢rbox £ 3 ?76. Aquabox £ ?296, thc children rcc¢ivcd bwks
from the Dolly Parton Imagination I.ibrary fo thc value of £ 3,067. and Ihe Rofary Foundation donation
amounting to £ 1.829.
The Tn￿te¢S have revi¢wed thc Public B¢n¢fft guidance issu¢d by thc ClTrarity Commission and confirm
that they have complicd thcrcwith in wrcising tbcirwwcrs and dutics during the ycar.

I report to the tn￿te&S on my examination of the accounts of the Rotary Club of
Cleethoq)es Benevolent Fund (the Tnjst) for the year end￿ 30 June 20?3.
Respollsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the p￿paratiOn of the
accounts in accordance with the Tequirements of the Charities Act ?01 l ('the Act,).
I report in respect of my examRnation of the Tn￿t'S accounts canied out under section
145 of the ?01 l Act and in Ca￿l￿g out my examination I have followed all Ihe
applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the
Act.

I have completed my examinknon. I confirni tbat no mateTial matters have come to
my attention in connection with the examination giving me Cal￿ to believe that in
any mateTiai Tespect:
l. accounting TecoTds We￿ not kept in re￿ct of the Trust as required by section 130
of the Act; or
2. the accounts do not accord with those recor&s.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the
examination to which attention should ￿ drawn in this report in order to enable a
proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
