The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (Yhe Charities AcV} and that an independent examination is needed. trhe charity's gross income exceeded £250.000 and l am qualifjed to undertake the examination by being qualified member of [named bodyD.
