The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (°the Charities Acf,) and that an independent examination is needed. trhe charity's gross income ex￿eded £250,000 and l am qualified to undertake the examination by being a qualified member of [named body]].
