Nichola has started her level 2.<br>Discussed Diane cutting down her hours, Jo and Carrie will be deputy,<br>take on a new lady April 2024 who has agreed to take on the<br>safeguarding Designated person. With the view of employing a<br>manager later on.<br>Because we have a lot of children at present with additional needs,<br>and there are a lot of forms to fill out for these children, have banked<br>staff in when needed, for SENCO to complete the forms. We have also<br>been put forward to receive<br>DfE Early Years Experts & Mentors<br>Programme - Setting Support Summer 2024 because of all the<br>children we have with additional needs.<br>Discussed the fees. The minimum wage is going up from £10.42 to<br>£11.44, however accounts look good at the moment so it was decided<br>not to put up the fees at present.|||

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/08/2023. 

As the charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect,: 

- the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act; or 

- the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or 

- the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination. 

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
