In the Ilght of the knowledge and understanding of the charitable company and its environment obtain¢d in th¢ wurse of
tht audÉl, we have not identified material misst#tements in the Report of the Trustees.
W¢ have nothing to report in respect of th¢ followin8 matters wher¢ the Companies Act 2006 r¢quire5 115 to report to you
if, in our opinion:
adequate accountithg record5 hav¢ not ￿¢￿ kept or r¢tyms adequate for our audii have been reccivd from

the fInancial ststements are not in agr¢¢meni with the aC￿￿nting records and retums; or

we have received all the infornlation and explanations we require for our a￿lit.
Respots$lb51ittes of tru$tses
As explained more fully in th¢ Statement of Tryst¢es' Responsibilitie5, th¢ trustees {who are also the directors of the
charitable ¢ompany for the ptsrw)ses of company law) are responsible for the pr¢paration of the financiai Stateme1￿ and
for being satisfied that they give a true and fair view, and for such internal Control &s the trustees detcnnine is necessary
to enable the preparation of fillanci￿ ststements that are free from material misststemenL wheth¢r du¢ to fraud or error.
In preparing the finzncial ststements, the trusttts are r¢S￿nsIble for assessi￿ the charitable ¢ompaDy'5 ability to

tK) realistie alternative but to th) so.
Our T¢S￿n$1b11ItltS for th¢ audit of tbe finaDci*I st*ttments
Our objectives are io obtsin reasonable assurdnce about whether the fir￿]CIal staten]ents as a whole are free from
material misstslemenL wheiher due to fraud or error. and to issue a Report of the Ind¢pend¢nt Auditors that in¢lud¢s our
opinion. Reasonable &85urance is a high level of assurance, but is not a guaratjtee that an audit conducted in accordan¢e
with ISA5 OJK) will always detect a material misstaternent wh¢n il exists. Misstatements ¢an arise from fraud or errnr
and are con$idered materÉal if. individually or in the aggregate. they could r¢wnably be expected to influence the
onomic decisions of users taken on th¢ basis of these fjnon¢ial ststements.
Th¢ ¢xt¢nt to Hthich our pro¢edures are capable of detecting irre8ularitie5, including fraud is dethiled below.
W¢ ggined an understanding of the legal and regulatory fraM¢wO￿ applicable io th¢ ¢ompany a[￿ the iJ)dusty itt which
it operat¢$, and considered th¢ risk of acts by the c4)mpany that w¢r¢ contrary to applicabl¢ laME and re8ulations,
including fraud.
We designed audit procedurcs to respond to the ri5K recognising that the risk of noi deteeting a material misstatement
thi¢ to fraud is higher than the risk of [￿t deiecting one resulting from error, as fraud may involve deliberate
cthJ¢ealment by, for example. for8ery or intentional mtsr¢pr¢sentatioDs, or through ¢ollwion.
W¢ fo¢ussed on laws ond regulattons which Could give rise to a material misstatemert in th¢ financial statem¢nts,
including, byt Th)1 limited to. Ihe Companies Act 2006 UK legislation. Our tests included agreeing the fitwi¢ial
statement disclosures to uMlertyin8 SUPPtirthng documentation. enquiries with management and enquiries of l¢gal
counsel. There are inherent limitations in the audit procedure5 destribEd above and, th¢ fvrther removed no￿￿0mplIanCe
with laws #nd rcgulatiOAS is from the events and traD5actions r¢fl¢¢ted in the fu￿nClaI Statemen￿ the less likely we
would become aware of it.
We did not id¢ntify any key audFt matters r¢lating to irregularitics. including fraud. A5 ID all our audits. we also
addressed the risk of manag¢m¢nt override of tnternal control3, it)¢luding testin8 journals and evaluating wbether th¢r¢
W65 eviden¢¢ of bias by th¢ dir¢ctors that repres¢nt£d a risk of mat￿10] misstatement due to fraud.
A further d¢5CriPtion of our respoTL5ibilitie$ for the audit of the financial statements is locat￿ on the Finanrial Reporthng
