C) The Provision Of Advice And Assistance And Support To Women And Their Partners And Families Who Are Suffering From Any Physical Or Mental Illness Distress Or Poverty During Or As A Result Of Pregnancy Or Following An Abortion, Miscarriage, Cot Death, Still Birth, Loss Of A Child Or Rape. D) The Provision Or Assistance In The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation In The Interests Of Social Welfare For People Living In Stroud And Elsewhere Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Lie For The Said People.
