I report on tbe accounts of the Trust for the year eDded 30 June 2022
-liespectii'=
-4sibil.:1￿ of the t.-￿St￿ and the examiner
The charity's trustees consider that an audiÈ is not required for thi.s year { under section
43(2) of the CharEties Act 1993 (the Act) aDd that an independent examination is need¢d.
It is my responsibility to -_
m'.ne the ￿cco1L.;
to follow the PTocedI￿eS laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity
Commission ( wider sectton 43(7Kb) of the Act ). and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of the independent e￿Miller.$ report
My examination was Carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the
Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a reTr¥iew of tbe accounting TecoTds kept
by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. li also
incltides consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking
explanations from j'ou as trustees concerning any such matters. The PTocedures
undertaken do not provide all the evidellce that would be required in aD audit. and
consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the a¢counts.
Independent examiner's statement
In Ihe course of my examinatioo no ￿￿tter has come to my attention:
(l) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that m, any material respect, tbe
trustees have not met the requirements to ensure that
proper accounting records are kept ( in accoidance with section 41 of the 1993
Act } and
accounts are prepared wkn"¢h agree wjth the accounting records 2nd cotnply with
th¢ accounting requitemellts of the Act or
(2) to which in my opinion, attelltion should be drawn in order to enable a proper
understanding of the accounts to be r￿hed.
