To provlde outstsndlng Early Years
educatlon to the families and children
within the local Vlllage of Stewartby. To
enhance the development and education
of the children attending and add to
their cultural capital, ensuring all
families experience a welcoming,
friendlily, approachable service that
they feel able to become a part of the
setting family and make new
relationships with other families in the
community. We had our latest Ofsted in
April 2025 and gained our third
Outstanding Grade from the visit. The
inspector said that the setting was
achieving highly for the families and
communi
in the area.
Early years education and care facilities
in a purpose-built setting. The Pre-
school operates Monday -Friday 8am-
3pm and accepts all funding from two
years old including the 30-hour funding.
The setting works in a highly deprived
area that does not have good transport
links and a higher than usual amount of
social housing. Fees are structured to
be on par with the local funding rates
received from the government and
funding can be used across all hours
that the settin

community within the setting. We have
face to face meetings wlth parents
throughout the year and gather tholr
views by different means such as
surveys as well. This year we have had
various play and stays Including
Halloween. Christmas, Easter, VE Day,
and Pirate play and stay .
The parents stayed with the Otsted
officer for a whole hour and gave
amazing feedback to her for the setting
and staff and a lot of parents also wrote
emalls for the Ofsted Inspector to read
over.

more and helps the parents to ask their

setting. We have brought equlpment for
our children with Additional needs to
borrow and use In the home
envlronment, the parents have been
extremely grateful for the borrowing
library, it helps them to ensure more of
their children's needs are met in the
home environment. Staff have attended
and learnt basic BSL sign language and
have started to teach the children
everyday signs such as sorry, welcome.

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under
section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all
the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b)
of the Act.
Independent
examiner's statement I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to
my attention in connection with the examination
which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the
Charities Act.. or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the
form and content of accounts set out in the Chanties (Accounts and Reports)
