The Charity’s Trustees acknowledge responsibilities for:
(i) ensuring that the company keeps proper accounting records which comply with section 221 of (ii) the Act, and | Preparing accounts which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the School as at the end of the financial year and of its performance for the financial year in accordance with the requirements of section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993 [the 1993 Act}. | These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the procedures laid down in the General directions given by the Charity Commission under section 43(7)(b) of the 1993 Act.
