This 5urn Included the bequest from O C Collins which had been previously shown a5 a separate ttem in the accounts
of the Rescue Sectlon.
Durlng 2011 and 2012 the financial resources of the Trust were further cemented, In the sum of £191305 being
received from the Eileen Mary Kennett Will Trust. The Trustees have resolved that this donation and the income
therefrom wlll be applied only forthe benefft of the1ri5h Red Setter Rescue Charitible Trust and to support the Rescue
& Rehome Sectlon when necessary. Help was given in several areas of animal welfare.
Reserves were enhanced durln8 201812020 by a bequest (in instalments) of £114,(XXI, and further enhanttd by other
slgnificant bequests during 2022.
The value of the fund at 310ecember 2024 amounted to £712,096. Income durlng the year of £45,106 was exceeded

Maln AChI￿eMents
An arm's length relationship wlth other charities is maintained. The Trust tries to help out ur8ent cases and assist in
exceptional circumstances where the cases involve Irish Setters. In 2021 Michelle Websterfs Èxecutors donated her
Irlsh Setter Pedigree Database to theTrust which now maintains and update5 Itforthe beneflt of the breed. A database
upgrade during 2022 has secured its future.
Rescue and Rehome Sectlon (ISRANDR•)
The Irish Setter Rescue and Rehome Section (5SRANDRI undertakes the practical work of rescue and rehomlng on
behalf of the Trust. Thls work was prevlously done bythe Irish Setter Breeders Club IISBCI Rescue Scheme the activitles

amounting to £17,880. Although separate entltles now. IS8C continue to support1SRANDR in many ways and this Is
greatly appreciated.
Rescue and Rehome (ISRANDR) is an artivitywhich operates as a Sectlon of theTrusL not independently of it, and thus

A comprehensive rnaior and beneficial revlew of Rescue and Rehome took place in 2019 resulting in savings in
expenditure. which remains dosely monltored. However, inflatlonary costs continue to be a challenge to control.
The ongotng support and generoslty of volunttrrs is much appreclated. ISRANDR seeks to provide a personal.
