**Objects:** TO RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AMONG PERSONS WHO HAVE SUFFERED THE SAME AS A RESULT OF ANY CRIMINAL OFFENCE AND TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION BY RESEARCH INTO ISSUES RELATING TO THE VICTIMS OF CRIME.  TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE POLICE IN HILLFIELDS AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AND TO PROMOTE GOOD CITIZENSHIP AND GREATER PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN THE PREVENTION AND SOLUTION OF CRIME IN THE AREA.

**Activities:** Provide domestic security in the homes of victims of crime and those subject to fear of crime. Support the work, in partenrship, of area based crime reduction partnerships. Provide accessible means for members of communites to address domestic security, personal safety and other security issues through a number of options.
