**Objects:** TO PROMOTE IMPROVE DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC INTEREST IN MUSIC BY THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS AND BY SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL DETERMINE
