**Activities:** THE CHOIR DISBANDED IN MAY 2015 DUE TO LACK OF MEMBERS AND, SUBSEQUENTLY, FINANCES. THE CHOIR DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH FUNDS TO PAY FULLY FOR A MUSICAL DIRECTOR, REHEARSAL ACCOMPANIST, REHEARSAL ROOM OR TO PUT ON CONCERTS. THEREFORE, THE CHOIR NO LONGER EXISTS.AS THE CHOIR IS NO LONGER IN EXISTENCE, DO WE STILL HAVE TO KEEP FILLING IN AN ANNUAL RETURN?
