To establish or secure the establishment of a
Communlty Centre and
malntaln and manage the same (whether alone
or in co-operatlon wlth
local authorlty or other person or body) in
furtherance of these objectives.
The facility managed by the A55ociation (the
Robin Todd Communlty
Centrel continues to offer a wlde range of
activities and servlces to the
local communlty such as, East Durham Credit
union and Innovation5 who
have themselves provlded much needed servlces
to the Community. The
faclllty continues to be used by Local, Re8Sonal &
National Organisations.
In planning these actlvit5es, we kept in mind the
Charity Commisslon's
guidance on public benefit at our Trustees
meetings. The focus of any
event or actlvlty Is to ensure the provSslon of
beneflt to the participant by
way of developlng self confidence and soclal
skills alongslde life skills.
