For The Purposes Of Clause 3 The Expression "Human Rights" Shall Mean Rights Which: A) Member States Are Called Upon To Promote And Secure Under The United Nations Declaration Of Human Rights;and B) Contracting States Are Bound To Secure Under The European Convention On Human Rights
