Activities
The current major project is encourage the teaching of Mandarin in selected secondary schools in Coventry. The curriculum is now being extended to include Chinese history and culture.The charity is also assisting schools to extend their science and technology curriculum to include Engineering Design and Production in order to equip pupils for jobs in local engineering companies.
Objects: To Further The Education And Training Of Members Of The Community Generally In Th City Of Coventry By Supporting Educational Initiatives Within Schools And The Wider Community To Encourage And Promote The Development Of Technical And Social Skills To Meet The Challenges Presented By The Changes In The Social Economic And Workplace Environment By Such Means As The Trustees Shall Consider Appropriate.
