The (Ibject of The AfricarL Indian Slthand5 Christian Felk)w5hip Is, for the public benefit the
advancement of Chn5ban faith in AfrKa, the Indian SU￿￿tsnent sI￿arKI5 countries.
In particular, the charty seek5 to 5UPPOrt pasrors and others worknro In chrisb.an ministry by
aking grants to enable them to prcKlaim aThJ teach the go5￿1. arKJ share Christ's love in assisting
with the relief of povety
Over the course ol the last financial year, the charty has been able to wpwrt pastors aTrJ Chnsb'an
workers in Ukra1ne, India and Zimbabwe, as summansed below.
Ukra￿e
Funding for van load5 of aid that are tsken to the needy who thr from the invasion and
bombardment by Ru55ia. indudiro n￿diCal SUPFAies warm dothing a￿1 f(KQ, as well as
some Christian literature and c(￿nSelling.
Personal monthty support for the pastor la￿1 hi5 famity). based in Odessa VA￿ Ofganises
and leads the relief work.
India
Ongoing support for a range of Chrisban worker5 tharTDes in India. including suP￿rt
for widows and orphans. needy pastors ar￿ their children. and pastors training seminars.
A grant to help equip a new Chrisban Training Centre that has been constructed in West
Bengal.
Zimbobwe
Continued support of the work of some ofthe pastors %wytirKJ for tr* thurch denominats.on
United Church of Christ in Zimbabwe (UCCZ). indudirKJ furKJing for UCCZ trainir%J
conferences as well as the support of irKliwdual pastors.
A grant to finance a new two year le￿lerShiP trainirYJ c(yJrse njn UCCZ to train up new
leaders for the growiry number of Churc￿5, several r￿ chUrtr￿S currenty without a
pastor.

rrustee in September 2024, IrKrea9rYJ the numtEr of trustse5 to four.
The charity has no employees. Correspondence ttE chariiys beneficiaries. banking acbwt'es,
record keeping and accounting is Tnanaged on a K)luntsry ba95 by trustees.
Financial Review
During the 12 months to 30 Apnl 2024. ￿re has been an unde￿.rO net surplus of re￿Ipts re13twe
to PayTnents of £14.5k12023". £4.6kl.
Most of the g1fts recewe(I have been restricted for Ukrai￿, lThJia or Zimbathye. The charity is not
currentty operaDng in other sI￿arKI$ countries.
Reseffts Policy
The charty has no fixed costs arKI theref￿ has a t￿Y to ￿ts[n £2,511) to cover rts low annual
administration costs, which mainty rdate to communKation with supph)rters
At 30 April 2024, the tharty held reserves of £￿J.9k P023'. £76.3kl, ¥wth £19.Ik restricted for
ministry In Ukraine. general pracbce of the charity is to pass on restncted donations soon after
the inwards donaticn has tRen rec8ved. This has LEen the case for India and Zimbabwe, for which
the restricted reserves are zero at 30 April 2024. However, Ukraine. the tharity currentty
supports only Or￿ pastor and trEfe Is a limit to ttt amwnt of pastoral wsiting and aid provision he

the supporters had moved their regular gifts Kross to CAF. the SantarKler bank acctxjnt wa5 closed
in August 2024.

I reFX)rt in respect of my examination of the Charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act and In carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable oirecb.ons given by the
Charity Comrnission under section 14515llbl of the Act.

I have completed my examinaty'on. I confirm that no material matters have come lo my attention in
connection with the examination which give5 me cause to believe that in, any material respect..
accounting records were not kept in accordance with secb'on 130 of the Act or
