TRUSTEES REPORT for financial year ended 30th September 2022
We had 31 Junior members and 42 Senior members who have enjoyed a full weekly programme. With several events raising monies for other Charities as weel as our own Club Unfortunately the Harvest Ball was cancelled due to being in National Mourning on the Queens death we therefore made a loss on the cost of items already paid for. (a couple of partial refunds were received)
The Annual Dinner has a large income and expenditure due to numbers attending, but unfortunately made a loss this year. Planning and budgeting will be looked at for next year.
