All staff are qualified to Level 3 in Childcare and Education. We are an inclusive setting and welcome all children and their families. We consider children's interests and use the Early Years Foundation Stage to observe, assess and plan activities to support children's development. We work very closely with our Parents/Carers, we send home regular questionnaires, so we know how to improve our setting, we have regular parents’ evenings to discuss their child’s development and progress. We have an open-door policy so parents can see their child’s personal learning file, whenever they wish.** **Little Nippers has had another successful year.
