**Objects:** THE AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES, TRAVEL GRANTS AND OTHER FORMS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG MUSICIANS AND TO ENABLE THEM TO ENGAGE IN THE STUDY OF MUSIC AT SUCH MUSICAL ESTABLISHMENT WITH SUCH TEACHER OR IN SUCH MANNER (WHETHER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ABROAD) AND SUBJECT TO SUCH CONDITIONS (IF ANY) AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL PRESCRIBE OR APPROVE

**Activities:** The Trust awards scholarships, grants and other forms of financial assistance to advance the post-graduate education of young musicians who have attained a high degree of proficiency in the performance of vocal or instrumental music.
