**Objects:** (A) TO SUPPORT TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS REGISTERED WITH CUTLERS HILL SURGERY AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITY BY THE PROVISION OF NURSING CARE AND EQUIPMENT.(B) TO PROVIDE INFORMATION AND SUPPORT TO PEOPLE LIVING IN HALESWORTH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO HAVE LIFE THREATENING OR LIFE LIMITING ILLNESS AND TO THEIR FAMILIES.

**Activities:** The HCNCF supports terminally ill patients, registered with Cutlers Hill Surgery and their families in the community by the provision of nursing care and equipment. Eligibility is not means tested, but allocated on need.It also provides information and support to people living in Halesworth and the surrounding area who have life threatening or life limiting illness and to their families.
