**Activities:** East Herts YMCA was taken over by One YMCA on 29 October 2017 and all assets and cash have been transferred to One YMCA. Audited accounts to 29 October 2017 and Final unaudited accounts to 28 February 2018 were signed at the final Board meeting on 21 March 2018 when all trustees resigned and the board was dissolved.
